Return Policy

  1. The condition of the item doesn't match the order (color, size and type of bag).
  2. The bag will be exchanged with new products if they haven't been used and the hangtag label hasn't been removed for 30 days.
  3. New bag will be sent after the consumer sends a shipping receipt.
